End Point Assessment Location

ICE runs both online and in-person EPAs: online offers greater flexibility and supports carbon savings.

You will be able to indicate your preference below and, on your application, but we may need to allocate you to the other interview format depending on the assessors you are matched with. Within those arrangements, we recognise some apprentices will have specific individual requirements and we will of course do our best to meet any such needs. Please refer to the individual requirements section of the relevant EPA guidance if that applies to you.

If there is any reason why you are unable to sit your End Point Assessment on a specific date or time, please provide information when submitting your application, and ICE will do its utmost to accommodate your request. If you have a disability or medical condition, then we would normally expect written evidence together with an explanation of any specific requirements to be provided with your application.

If you wish to speak to a member of staff in confidence regarding your requirements, please email [email protected] and we will arrange a time to speak to you.

If you fail to advise us, we will not be able to take these into account during or after your End Point Assessment.
